This prescription grade anti-pigmentation cream contains a triple combination of compounds effective at treating Pigmentary Disorders such as melasma, sun spots (lentigo) and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation

1. Hydroquinone 4%: a medical-grade skin lightening agent reduces tyrosinase activity, an enzyme involved in the production of new melanin (pigment))

2. Tretinoin 0.05%: prescription-strength vitamin-A derivative to increase penetration of hydroquinone and skin turnover

3. Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.05%: a mild steroid to reduce the side effects of skin irritation induced by the two other active ingredients.
