8-10 sessions are recommended, over a 4 week period, with at least 2 sessions per week.
It depends on your physique and fitness levels prior to the treatment, you can expect an improvement from where you started. (i.e- flat tummy/faint outline of abs —> six pack, small tummy —> flat tummy, big tummy —> small tummy). Of course, you will need to maintain a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and a balanced diet. Come well rested and hydrated in comfortable workout attire. Don’t take a big meal just before. Remove watches and jewellery. There will be a mild discomfort as your abdominal muscles are stimulated (feels like a cramp), which gets better as the muscles warm up. After the treatment, you will experience soreness for 1-2 days, like after an intense workout.
