What to Expect During and After Treatment

Calf Botox is a quick and comfortable procedure. Here's what the typical experience looks like at Bay Aesthetics Clinic:

Consultation:

We begin with a detailed evaluation of your leg shape, muscle activity, and aesthetic goals. You’ll also be advised on what degree of slimming is realistic for your body type. Pre-treatment photographs will be taken.

Treatment:

Numbing cream is applied for ~20 minutes. The injections take about 10-15 minutes. A fine needle is used to deliver Botox into targeted areas of the gastrocnemius muscle. Most patients experience minimal discomfort.

Aftercare:

There is no downtime. You can return to daily activities immediately after treatment. However, you’ll be advised to avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.

Results:

Slimming becomes visible in 3-4 weeks, with full results typically seen at 2–3 months. Results last 4–6 months on average and can be maintained with periodic treatments.
