What payment methods are accepted?

  1. Credit Cards: We accept credit card payments via Paypal, the payment processing platform for online shopping.
  2. Local direct bank fund transfer via ATM transfer, Internet banking, over the counter cash deposit or cheque drop in at the bank. Please indicate your name and order number for our reference. Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days from date of order. Our bank account details are as follows:

Local Orders (Singapore)

For purchases of SGD200 and above, delivery within Singapore will be FREE of charge via courier. Please allow 4 – 7 working days for delivery.

For purchases less than SGD200, mode of delivery will be via courier, available at a flat rate of SGD8 . Please allow for 4 – 7 working days for delivery.

International Orders

International delivery of products is currently not supported


Delivery rates: The automated Service will calculate all delivery rates based on weight and dimensions of you order. Any unusual gift set, and items with special packaging may incur additional fees. All orders will be delivered only to a physical address during regular business hours. It can be delivered to a place of business or residence. Some collectible, rare, allocated or discontinued items cannot be replaced if an accident should happen.

Delivery: Any delivery date specified for delivery of the Products is approximate only. We shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the Products. We are not responsible for late delivery by the courier company. If You fail to take delivery of the Products or fail to give us adequate delivery instructions then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us we may store the Products until actual delivery and charge you for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage.

Insurance and Returns: Under the terms of law, a courier, express company or common carrier are liable to a recipient for the all damages and loses occurred during the transportation. Liquor Barn and its Principals cannot be responsible for any courier, express company or common carrier misconduct, non-delivery, loss, etc. It is highly recommended to insure your shipment. This insurance is available at checkout point. Principal will pack your order only in certified and approved by carriers’ package to prevent breakage. If you added protection at checkout, then your order is covered. Please closely inspect the package upon delivery before you accept it. The clear evidence of any damage occurred before delivery, but not after delivery takes place will be required. Please notify delivery person of any damage and require him/her to document evidence of damage. To the extent permitted by law, unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or exchange in respect of any Product ordered without clear evidence that the product was damaged during the transit. You agree to take all the risks of your package is damaged, not delivered, stolen, etc. if you decline to insure your order.

Return Policy

Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges of items based on the following requirements:

For returns to be valid, items purchased must be mailed back within 7 days of receipt. All additional shipping fees must be paid by the customers.

Returns and exchange are allowed, providing that all items to be returned are in good condition

Bay Aesthetics Clinic reserves the right to decline returns if above requirements are not met.
