Bay Aesthetics Clinic is a MOH Licenced medical clinic and operates under stringent standards of service. Medical Aesthetics treatments are medical procedures that while generally safe, carry potential risks. We treat our patients with care and believe that the relationship should be based in mutual trust and respect. Please note the following conditions of service:
Consultation fees
Prior to treatment, a consultation with clinical photography is necessary. Professional consultation fees will apply, which may be waived at the clinic’s discretion.
Consultation fees: Doctor's consultation: $80 (first consult) and $50 (follow up), waived with a same-day doctors treatment spend of over $1090. First time consultation includes any follow up advice on same issue for up to 6 months, with subsequent consultations or new issues subject to follow up consultation fees.
Photography
Clinical photographs are essential to establish a pre-treatment baseline and to review treatment progress. Photographs taken will be kept strictly confidential. In the event your photographs are to be reproduced for educational or research purposes, you will be informed and consent will be obtained
Returns, Refunds and Transfers
All services, products and credits sold are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-transferrable to another individual.
Payment Terms and Package Expiry
All treatments must be paid for in advance of or on the same day of treatment. All treatments purchased as a package or course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. Treatment packages must be utilised within 12 months of the date of purchase. Any treatments remaining after 12 months will be deemed as expired and forfeited.
Liability
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that he or she provides the clinic with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Bay Aesthetics Clinic will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client's failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, Bay Aesthetics Clinic regarding the care of a treated area.
Personal belongings and valuables
Clients are responsible for their own belongings and valuables while undergoing treatment.
GST
The clinic is GST registered, hence all services and products are subject to prevailing GST. Tourists may apply for a GST refund on products.
Off peak packages (Medispa treatments)
Off peak packages can be redeemed on weekdays/Sunday/PH 11am-5pm, excludes weekdays 5-8pm and saturdays
First time trial prices
First trial prices are limited to one redemption per client
