Job Overview
We are looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented, with a genuine interest in aesthetics and patient care. You will play an essential role in supporting clinic operations and ensuring each client’s experience is seamless from consultation to treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins)
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for each client
- Assist doctors and therapists during aesthetic or laser procedures (as trained)
- Handle payments, billing, and basic administrative duties
- Maintain inventory of skincare products and clinic supplies
- Uphold strict confidentiality and clinic hygiene standards
- Support marketing or promotional activities as needed
Requirements
- Minimum [O-Level / Diploma / Certificate] in Nursing, Beauty Therapy, or related field
- Prior experience in a medical aesthetics or beauty clinic preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with basic computer and administrative tasks
- Willingness to learn about skincare, laser, and aesthetic procedures
