Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming first impression
- Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups
- Handle patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and walk-ins
- Guide patients through the registration and check-in process
Clinic Operations
- Assist in maintaining smooth daily clinic operations
- Prepare treatment rooms when needed
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic assistants for patient flow
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area
Administrative Duties
- Handle payments, invoicing, and daily cash reconciliation
- Update patient records accurately
- Manage inventory for clinic consumables
- Support basic marketing and admin tasks when required
- Weekly stocktake
- Product purchase and delivery
Requirements
- Prior experience in a clinic, aesthetic centre, beauty spa, or hospitality is a strong advantage
- Warm, friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable speaking to patients and explaining basic treatment information
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Able to work evenings or weekends based on clinic schedule
- Positive attitude, team player, and committed to delivering great service
