A lot of bird nest. If you're looking to eat for nutrition, this is a very good product as they really pack a lot of bird nest inside..
If you're looking to enjoy the bird nest, this product isn't for you because there isn't enough soup and there are no strands which probably means either they used the lowest quality bird nest (which has shortest strands) or they cooked for very long. Do note that the nutritional value for bird nest is the same whether it's short strands or long strands just that it's more enjoyable to eat longer strand bird nest.
